Introduced into the Learning Through Photography at Moore program in 2012, The Academy in Manayunk (AIM) is a school for children, grades 1-12, with with language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia. AIM incorporates visual and performing arts with rigorous academics to meet the individual learning styles of its students. Academy students “live it and learn it” through educational immersion, research-based learning strategies, and assistive technology.
